"Our room was supposed to be ready at 3PM but was not ready until 4PM.Our big complaint was that our room's carpet was not vacuumed when we entered the room. My wife complained to housekeeping and a maid came to the room, but seemed very upset and told my wife they only vacuum for new check ins.We told her that we were new check ins and she very begrudgely vaccumed the room. She seemed rude that we wanted the carpet vacuumed. This is a three star hotel! clean carpets are expected. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is showing its age.We stayed here when it was Stouffers and it was nicer then than it is now.It could use some sprucing up.I would, however, recommend this hotel. We ate in the restaurant and found the food excellent. The front desk apoliged for not having our room ready. This hotel has excellent connections to I-380."
